Marvel Takes Back Ghost Rider

Details below!

First Daredevil had been taken back by Marvel, now it is revealed today that the screen rights to Ghost Rider have also returned to the studio. This was confirmed by Entertainment Weekly on ComicBookMovie.com via Twitter.

However, this doesn’t mean we can expect to see a Ghost Rider reboot any time soon. Marvel exec said, “Whenever a character comes back to us, it’s usually because the other studios don’t want to make the movies anymore — and that usually means the [previous] movies may not have been particularly well received. They all have potential, but we’re not going to say, ‘We got it back — make it!'”

Nonetheless it’s great to have them back home at Marvel.

Excelsior!

And stay tuned!
