A brief discussion of Superman, Man Of Steel, and what Max Landis sees as a problem with “superhero movies.”

Gotta say I love the passion shown in that video, can’t say I’ve seen anyone show it at that level thus far. While Superman isn’t my favorite, I can easily appreciate his character and see where he is coming from in who he is as a person and hero. It Did send me for a loop when it came to those end fights with all the death and collateral damage. People debate which had more or less, yet the fact is it still happened in all of them and shouldn’t. Also he is spot on about the characterization of the other heroes. I Don’t think people try to realize that Spidey can be that way despite his intentions.
