X-Force creator Rob Leifeld said on Twitter that he has known since March that the film is being planned but that no greenlight has been ordered yet.
X-Force was the more militant and aggressive form of the X-Men. They do what they have to do so that the rest don’t have to. They are the most skilled and aren’t afraid of getting a little bit of blood on their hands to take the fight to the threat before it comes to their doorstep.
Cross your fingers and hope for good things for X-Force. Being ON the radar is much better than not!

It’s expected to be a part of the X-Men movie franchise and follow The Wolverine. That isn’t confirmed, but that’s the buzz at this moment.
